A 10 week "skills and support" group.

  • Mindfulness

  • Body Awareness

  • Mind / Body Awareness

  • Breathing Awareness

  • Regulating Mood & Actions by Thoughts vs. Emotions

  • Critical Thinking

  • Time Management

  • Adjusting to Life Changes / Challenges

This is a solution focused group that is intended for adults 21+ who are motivated to learn coping skills, self-control and insight when faced with adjustment issues, conflicts, life complexities, mental health conditions and other problems.
