- Regulating Mood & Actions by Thoughts vs. Emotions
- Critical Thinking
- Time Management
- Adjusting to Life Changes / Challenges
This is a solution focused group that is intended for adults 21+ who are motivated to learn coping skills, self-control and insight when faced with adjustment issues, conflicts, life complexities, mental health conditions and other problems.
